The before and after images below are from laptops with broken hinge mounts. The main cause is due to the hinges tightening over time putting stress on the plastic mounts and eventually the screw mounting points break. We can repair the plastic without replacing the laptop screen lid or palm rest as in most cases these parts are very hard to find. This type of repair is far more economical and keeps the laptop from being scrapped.
